We are available for one and one coaching and/or group leadership tasks. Often the most effective starting point is to work with key staff or board leaders to explore how to best deal with growth and change.
Working one on one, we can discover where needs are greatest and resources best applied. This can be done through the organization's CEO, Chair or other key development leaders.
We will design and develop task forces and strategic approaches that will review and help update board fundraising goals and objectives.
We will develop and lead strategic retreats and SWOT workshops that will help create momentum. And we can implement more technical workshops on prospect review and analysis or other operational needs.
